i got this problem
i tried all solution in FAQ my screenshot is not black?
and FAQ didt mention this problem or common stuff
i saw other people ask and admin just reply to check FAQ

Got same problem when using latest MEMU. Changed to 3.7.0 and it worked. Hope it helps.

3.7 never loads. always freezes at 99%. There's no way to tweak settings BEFORE starting a VM. Why? How do you guys configure the screen size, processor, etc? Does it just load past 99% for you, and then you use that luck to change settings AFTER booting once in fat ugly tablet mode settings? It's crazy there's no settings button on the multiple instance manager window in 3.7.
